Welcome to The Jefferson House—a stately and spacious 1920s home full of character, charm, and room to gather. With over 3,500 square feet, this 5-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families, group trips, or extended stays.
Inside, you’ll find a unique blend of historic details and modern comfort. Rich wood accents, bold cabinetry, and classic architectural touches give the home a warm, timeless feel, while thoughtful updates ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
The main level is designed for both gathering and spreading out, featuring two separate living rooms—each with comfortable seating and Smart TVs—so your group can relax without feeling crowded. Two large dining areas with farmhouse-style tables provide plenty of space for shared meals, games, or morning coffee together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware, dinnerware, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals for your group. A dedicated laundry area and a small office nook add extra convenience for longer stays.
Sleeping arrangements are ideal for large groups and flexible needs. On the main floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: one with two full beds, one with a king bed, and one with three full beds. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, both bunk-style—one with a twin-over-twin bunk and one with a twin bed—perfect for kids or additional guests. A sofa bed in the back sitting room adds even more sleeping space.
All three full bathrooms are located on the main level, including two with shower/tub combos and one with a stand-up shower.
