Nestled in historic Birmingham, this charming single-level home is thoughtfully designed to comfortably host your whole group while still feeling cozy and inviting. Whether you're in town for a game, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, this home makes it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

Start your mornings on the covered front porch with a cup of coffee, then head inside to a warm and functional layout perfect for gathering. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, and just off the kitchen you'll find a dedicated dining room with a large table that seats 6–8—ideal for shared meals or game nights.

The living area offers a comfortable space to relax, and with a queen sleeper sofa, there’s even more flexibility for larger groups.

This home features 4 bedrooms:

A spacious king bedroom
A second bedroom with two full beds + Roku TV
A third bedroom with two queen beds
A fourth bedroom with one full bed

With 2 full bathrooms, getting ready is easy—even with a full house.

Step outside and enjoy the charcoal grill for a laid-back evening in, or take advantage of the unbeatable location. You’re within walking distance to Legion Field and just a short drive from some of Birmingham’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions.

This is a historic neighborhood with a strong sense of community, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful—no large parties and quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM.
